One bird likes the flower’s nectar, and another bird likes the blueberries. (She finally decided to share the blueberries with the birds.)

Slug moths have a poison that stings you if you touch it. (The pain should go away after an hour or two.)

I forgot some of the dance moves. (She couldn’t dance for a while because she injured her back. Doing what? Dancing, of course.)

I pulled many weeds. (I weeded my garden.)

They clipped out many newspaper articles about the Olympics. (They pasted the articles on heavy paper and discussed them when they got together.)

I visited my aunt’s tomb. (You can say either “tomb” or “grave,” but the image of a grave is underground, and a tomb is above ground.)

A mausoleum is a building with many tombs inside. (A mausoleum can house both caskets and urns.)

There are many tombs in the walls of the mausoleum. (A wall in which urns are entombed located outside are called columbarium, or simple, an “outdoor mausoleum.”)

The word “inter” means to put a casket underground and the word “entomb” means to put an urn into a tomb. (The interment ceremony, a.k.a. burial ceremony, (or entombment ceremony) was held at the Tahoma National Cemetery.)

I wanted to quit the exercise class, but there are few members so I will continue. (She worried that if there were not enough members, they might close the exercise class.)

I had a cramp in my leg. (His muscles tightened up.)

A person with epilepsy (tenkan) has convulsion where the whole body shakes. (Convulsions are very strong with uncontrollable shaking.)

I got a lump on my forehead. (She hit her head on a stone wall.)

I got five stitches. (The doctor closed the wound by sewing it.)

One of my coworkers is a know-it-all. (He thinks that he knows everything, and other people do not enjoy talking with him.)

A bear was eating the cows’ feed. (For humans we say “food” but for animals we say “feed.”)

He had eczema on his arm and leg. (This skin rash can be caused by many things.)

The six museums in Ueno Park are the National Museum of Nature and Science, Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, Tokyo National Museum, Ueno Royal Museum, National Museum of Western Art and Shitamachi Museum. (The Tokyo National Museum held its first exhibition in 1872 and is considered to be the oldest National Museum in Japan.)
