Another beautiful day! The temperature has been around 24 C every day. On Saturday it will be about 32 which is very hot for here, but a normal hot day in Japan.

As I mentioned before, I did a lot of laundry and house cleaning yesterday. There are 17 steps from downstairs where my room is to the main floor and another 18 steps from the main floor to the second floor where the bedrooms and laundry rooms are. I walked up and down over 700 steps going up and down. Good exercise.

Today is trash pickup day. The boys brought two small gray trash containers and one large recycle container to the street for pickup. I brought the empty recyle container up already and will bring the two other containers up later. The driveway is very steep. It’s like mountain climbing, but it is good exercise for me.  When I brought the container up, there was a baby deer watching me.

I can’t believe that I will be on the plane home in five days. Time flies!
