The good news is that the sharp pain in my tooth went away late Saturday night, but my jaw was swollen with discomfort. I met with Christina’s dentist yesterday. They just took an x-ray and the doctor said that there was an infection. He explained the treatments that he would do if I was his normal patient, but since my dentist has a plan for treatment, he just gave me antibiotics.  I should feel no discomfort after a couple of days.

The following was Marlo’s Monday schedule. School hours are from 8 am to 2:45 pm. At 3 pm she had physical therapy (PT) on her knee. (She slightly injured it two games ago.) Right after PT she had soccer practice for about 1 – 1.5 hours. She gets home about 6 and then basketball practice from 7:30.  She is upset with the coach because he said that freshmen cannot play Varsity. She is very good at basketball and plays better than some of the Varsity players. Her parent told her to be patient – her time will come.

Last night, Marlo’s team won the game 8-l. They played well, but the other team wasn’t so great.

As I mentioned before, this coming Friday’s football game will be the biggest game of the season. People are buying tickets online. There will be “standing room only.” Christina takes photos of all of the games. I will carry her camera lens so I can be on the field up close to tall of the action.

It's raining again today. No sports schedule but my cousin’s son and his son will visit me. It’ll be nice to catch up on what’s been happening.
