New Zealander Anthony Williams made the deepest dive under ice while holding his breath.

He plunged into a frozen fjord in Norway at the depth of 70.3 m.

The dive lasted 2 minutes 29 seconds on a single breath. 

His biggest challenges were the frigid water and pitch-black darkness.

He began freediving while he was working as a sport psychologist.

September 1 – 5 is Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Week.

July 4 and Labor Day weekends have the largest number of drunk-driving deaths.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) started in 1980 to stop drinking and driving.

The number of drunk driving deaths has been cut in half since MADD was founded in 1980.

In 2017, 10,874 people died in drunk-driving crashes and more than 300,000 were injured.

 “Work out” means “to exercise.”

He works out at the gym three days a week.

“To be rusty” means “to be out of practice.”

I haven’t golfed in a while, so I am a little rusty.
