Jim Oppegard is the world’s oldest bus driver.

He was 93 years old when he got the record and is still driving at 94.

He was a city bus driver for 20 years until he retired at the age of 65.

He became bored so he started driving a school bus for children with special educational needs.

He fell and broke his neck when he was 84, but four months later he was driving again.

He works three hours in the morning, takes a break for three hours, then works four more hours.

November 28 is Red Planet Day.

Romans named Mars after their god of war because its reddish color is a symbol of blood. Mariner 4 was the first spacecraft to do a flyby to Mars on November 28, 1965.

Mars is about half the size of Earth.

One Martian year is 687 days, and its average temperature is about -27 degrees Celsius.

“Coast-to-coast” means “from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean”

We drove from coast-to-coast in 45 hours.

“Copycat” means “someone who imitates another person.”

It was a copycat murder.
