Alex Dzaghigian created the largest drawing by an individual.

This teenager from Cyprus made this image to raise awareness about plastic pollution.

(Note: Cyprus is an island country in the Mediterranean Sea with Creek culture, northern part of island is controlled by Turkey and is part of the European community.)

It took him 15 hours to complete this enormous 323.9 square-meter image.

His drawing shows a turtle in the ocean surrounded by plastic waste.

He also wanted to raise money for charities.

National Lightning Safety Awareness Week is from June 23 to 29.

Each year in the United States, there are about 25 million lightning flashes.

About 300 people are struck by lightning and of those hit, about 30 people are killed.

Don’t be the tallest object in an area.

Don’t take a shower, wash dishes or use a corded phone during a thunderstorm.

When thunder roars, go indoors!

“Sleep on it” means “postpone making a decision.”

I want to go golfing next month, but I want to sleep on it before deciding.

“Bored to death” means “extremely bored.”

I was bored to death while staying in the hospital for three weeks.
