Chris Nikic is the first person with Down's syndrome to complete all world major marathon races.

His final major race was at the Tokyo Marathon in Tokyo on 3 March 2024.

Chris’s motto is to “to become 1% better every day."

Chris and his father opened the "academy after high school" for kids with intellectual impairments.

Chris’s father works to make it easier for people like Chris to be able to participate in all sports.

June 30 is National Food Truck Day.

A food truck is a large vehicle used to transport, cook, prepare, and serve food.

The chuck wagon was created to feed cowboys who moved cattle across the prairies.

Canteen trucks, a.k.a. “roach coaches” were popular in the military.

Today, many food trucks sell freshly made gourmet food.

Some food trucks became so popular that they opened a “brick and mortar” restaurant.

“Get over it” means “to stop letting something bother you.”

I can’t get over all the negative government leaders.

“Blow off steam” means “to get rid of stress or anger.”

Exercising will help you blow off some steam.
