Deerfield Beach, Florida, held the largest underwater cleanup in 24 hours.

633 divers gathered at the Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier.

They collected over 545 kg of trash over a 24-hour period.

Some items collected were fishing line, fishhooks, garbage, boat ladder and even barbells.

There have been several other world records concerning cleaning our oceans.

Baby Boomers Recognition Day is celebrated on August 17.

It was originally held on Fathers’ Day but was moved to August in memory of Woodstock.

On this day, Boomers are asked to wear a favorite-band sweatshirt, a tie-dyed t-shirt, school jacket, faded Levi's etc.

Other generations are: Lost Generation 1890 – 1915 / The Greatest Generation 1910 – 1924 / The Silent Generation 1925 – 1945 / Baby Boomer Generation 1946 – 1964 / Generation X 1965 – 1979 Millennials (Gen Y, Gen Next) 1980 – 1994 / iGen (Gen Z) 1995 – 2012 / Gen Alpha 2013 – 2025/ and Generation Beta 2026 - 2039.

“To tick off someone” means “to irritate someone.”

It really ticks me off whenever I hear Trump talk.

“To bitch” means “to complain.”

She is always bitching about her job.
