There is a comedy movie named Groundhog Day. Every day the main character wakes up, it’s the same day- Groundhog Day. This is what my life feels like nowadays. I’m still very positive about everything but I must be realistic too. 

I could go home on the day after the final radiation treatment, but that is not realistic. The final treatment will cause more discomfort for a few days. I’ll realistically be able to go home around August 10 or so. 

I’m drinking much water every day so my kidneys are working well so I don’t need the IV drip. 

The food will continue to be not tasty but my goal is to eat at least 80 - 90%. 

Nick checks in with me every day. He made a list of TV dramas, movies and books to read or watch. They help time go by faster. 

If I don’t write here for a while don’t worry. There’s just not much to write about. Kind of like your weekly “what’s new”. This week no lessons so please relax.
