Date Posted:02/19/2022 05:37 AMCopy HTML February 19, 2022 The surgery went well. After cutting me open, the doctor said that the problem was not what he expected. He said that a previous infection killed some of the tissue under the skin. He removed the dead tissue and cleaned it well. I was told to stay in bed with my foot elevated for about a week. I could only walk to the bathroom then back in bed. I decided to take a short break and write this. I will go to Yokosuka on Wednesday to have my foot checked. I will go again on March 9 to have the stitches removed. It is rather boring laying in bed, but I am being a patient patient. I am not in any pain, just bored. I will know more about when I can teach outside my house after my Wednesday appointment. I will start teaching lessons in my house from the first week in March. Looking forward to seeing everybody soon. |

Re:February 19 2022 Date Posted:02/19/2022 05:51 AMCopy HTML Hi Bob. I'm busy to study Languages after I came back home recently. So I have not visited here. It seems that your surgery has finished without no problem. Right? I hope that you'll be better soon. And take a enough rest, please. COVID-19 has already over the peak. But still a lot of people get it, So keep taking care each other. |

Re:February 19 2022 Date Posted:02/23/2022 12:21 PMCopy HTML Hi Bob. I'm busy to study Languages after I came back home recently. So I have not visited here. (No problem. Studying new languages is good.) It seems that your surgery has finished without no problem. Right? (Yes, so far, so good, thanks.) I hope that you'll be better soon. And take a enough rest, please. (Don’t worry, I am getting more than enough rest.) COVID-19 has already over the peak. But still a lot of people get it, So keep taking care each other. (Yes, it seems to be peaking, but it is not over. I am still hoping no more quarantines for traveling to Japan by this summer.)
