Here first expo was in Aichi in 2005 where she attended all 185 days of the expo. Here health was not good back then, but attending the expos made her healthier. She visited Expo Shanghai 2010, Expo 2015 Milano, Expo 2020 Dubai and finally Osaka Expo. She received awards for attending every day in Shanghai and Milano. Columbus Day and Indigenous Day are celebrated on the second Monday in October. Columbus arrived in the Bahamas on October 12, 1492. Columbus was Italian but sailed under the Spanish flag. Indigenous Day, a.k.a. Native American Day, was established in 2021 to counter Columbus Day. Native Americans want to cancel Columbus Day because he brought much pain and suffering to Native Americans. Some people want to make Lief Erikson Day a national holiday because he arrived in North American about 500 years before Columbus. “To hassle” means “to bother or to nag.” (Urusaku iu or gamigami iu) Quit hassling me about losing weight. “To have a big mouth” means “to be a gossiper or can’t keep a secret.” Don't tell my cousin any secrets; she has a big mouth. |
