Australian Amber Bourke set the record for the longest underwater walk with one breath.

The 35-year-old walked 112.83 m.

Her torso was flat, as if she was swimming, but her feet did all the work.

Amber is a freediving instructor.

Freediving is diving underwater while holding your breath without using any breathing apparatus.

February 14 is National No One Eats Alone Day.

This event started in 2012 to encourage students to sit with classmates they don't know.

Students new to a school may feel left out and lonely.

Some adults feel lonely eating alone, so they have a meal with their pet to keep them company.

“Fall short” means “to not be enough.”

The Seahawks fell short of making the playoffs.

 “Falling out” means “a break in a friendship.”
