Seattle broke the record for the largest soccer lesson.

1,038 people packed a pier on Seattle’s waterfront to learn from the pros.

The lesson took place exactly one year before the 2026 FIFA World Cup kicks off in Seattle.

The Puyallup Tribe of Indians, Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC sponsored the event.

After the event, fans went to Lumen Field for the opening match of the FIFA Club World Cup. 

August 31 is Trail Mix Day.

Trail mix is a combination of granola, dried fruit, nuts, and usually chocolate.

It is a popular snack for hikes, because it is lightweight, easy to carry, and nutritious.

It gives a quick energy boost from the dried fruit or granola, and energy from fatty nuts.

Granola is made with rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and honey then baked until crunchy.

“To go with” means “to choose.”

I’ll go with the filet mignon.
“Go with the flow” means “to not change what is happening.”

Sometimes in life, it's better to go with the flow than to fight things you can't change.
