They import trash from several countries to keep their recycle centers in business.

Japan ranks twelfth at 94 percent overall, but very high recycling PET bottles at 80 percent.

The US ranks 30 at 44 percent and only 20 percent of PET bottles.

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is the type of plastic used for making bottles.

“To have an edge” means “to have an advantage.”

Team A has three injured starters, so team B has the edge.
